  • Thank you for your interest in The Emerald Coast Christmas Bazaar!
  • For those of you that have attended our show in the past we have a BIG announcement to make! We have MOVED our show to a new location just a couple of miles away.
  • This location is directly on the beach and is a very upscale location!
  • You will LOVE it! It comes with many new benefits!!
  • We will have as many load-in helpers as possible.
  • The hotel prices are excellent and you can bring your pets!
  • This new venue does charge for electric and internet if you NEED it.
  • By popular demand we are now a THREE DAY SHOW! Booth fee will reflect that.
  • The very low beach accommodation rates should help even that out!

Please read that info very carefully, the sooner you book will guarantee your low rate!

The Boardwalk is a very popular venue they have hosted many shopping events!

Initially we would like to jury your booth with photos, or a brochure of your product line to make certain that you would fit into the show format and that your participation would be both fun and a profitable experience. We strive to make this show a marketplace for unusual retail and upscale gifts, decorative accessories, gourmet foods, fine art and upscale crafts and we look for exhibitors that compliment this mission!

Also, thank you very much for your help and support for Second Chance of NW Florida Brain Injuries!

  • 2020 Christmas Show was a Full House - Please get your applications in soon to guarantee your spot for this year's show!
  • When you are finished unloading - ALL vehicles must be parked in the designated parking overflow lot - trailers are accepted - no charge.
  • Raffle prizes and all drawings will go 100% to our charity, Second Chance of NW Florida.
  • Please bring your raffle prize ($50 value or more) and deliver it to the raffle area upon arrival.
  • The Boardwalk has offered us amazing, affordable accommodations on-site consisting of hotels and condos. The hotel rooms are pet friendly. Prices will vary and tend to increase the longer you wait to reserve.
  • Unless there is an emergency, all Vendors agree to remain on site with their booths and merchandise until completion of show on Sunday,
  • 5 PM when Load-out begins.
