A one day town fair held in Union Springs, Alabama, in the heart of the South. The Chunnenuggee Fair is held in downtown Union Springs covering the length of two city blocks with vendors located on both sides of the street. Delicious food is served by vendors in the Food Court.Entertainment, including a lineup of live music, is centered in front of the historic Second Empire Bullock County Courthouse, built in 1872.
This year is also the Year of Alabama Makers, celebrating our local craftsmen, artisans, and artists.

There will be exciting games and rides to keep smiles on the faces of children of any age. Kids always have a blast roaming from one area of the Fair to another, taking in all the sites, sounds, and activities! Previous years at the Fair have seen motorized "carnival" style rides for younger children, a continuous train ride that allows passengers to be pulled in small wagon cars behind the John Deere "train", countless prize games at various booths, live animals to pet up close, live visits from characters like McGruff the Crime Dog, and professional comedic musicians who keep kids laughing. On top of all the live action, there are countless toys and other merchandise available to keep everyone occupied and happy! You may even see Mr. Pig from Piggly Wiggly!
Public parking and admission are always free! This year's Chunnenuggee Fair will start at 9 am and close at 3 pm. We hope to see you there!
