The Lucama “Spring Fling” Festival will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2009.
The festival is one of the revitalization efforts of the Lucama Community Improvement Committee (LCIC). The Lucama Community Improvement Committee was formed to promote community pride, seek and assist with economic development, future planning, beautification, and improvement of the quality of life in general for the town and surrounding areas of Lucama. Due to the support of the community and business sponsors, we are looking forward to a successful event this spring.

The festival hours are 9 am - 5 pm.
The Seaside Band and The Black Creek Band will be performing between 11 am - 4 pm.

We will have demonstrations and contests throughout the day and hosting our first annual car show.

The festival is free to everyone who wishes to come and take part in our festivities!

From I-95: Take exit 107 Wilson/Kenly/Hw. 301 and go north on US Highway 301 North for 8 miles to Lucama. From 264E: Take the Wilson/Lucama/Hwy. 301 exit. Take a right unto US Highway 301 South for approximately 3 miles into Lucama. At the second stop light take a left onto Main Street.
